where has all liquidity gone from market?

there was lots of liquidity in market before recession…then when recession came there was liquidity crunch.
then every counties government put lots of liquidity into market on low interest rates.
like- indian government put 2000000 crores. USA bailout AIG and citi bank with 700 billion and 300 billion then where the hell is all liquidity…
why there is liquidity crunch now also….
