If the prepaid expenses are not adjusted, assets on the balance sheet?
1) will be overstated.
2) will be understated.
3) will not be affected.
4) may be either overstated or understated.
I think its (1) but after reviewing it closer, but could be (4). I am having a hard time trying to find it that’s states clearly how to determine this. Thanks for any help that is provided.
